The journal “Echafaud” was established in 2023 to publish major articles and promote materials of the “Echafaud” telegram channel (the history of which begins in the distant 2013) and to disseminate social democratic ideas in CIS region (generally in Ukraine). Main areas of focus: philosophy, historical and economic theory, history of science and aesthetics. At the moment, the main focus is on the philosophy of Epicureanism, on the basis of which we are going to make a complete revision of the entire history of thought and create a renewed “Epicureanism”, which will become the ideological basis for a systematic revision of history and economics (in particular, the Marxist presentation of these disciplines). At the end of this activity we will be able to formulate our ideology as a comprehensive system, and with this finished result we will be able to create a new social-democratic organization, completely free of Marxist layers, but even more materialist and historical than ever before.
